Holiday Office Closure Notice

Please be advised that the Embassy office will be closed during the following dates in observance of upcoming public holidays:

• February 15–17: National Holiday
• March 1: Spring Festival

During these periods, in-person services and office operations will be temporarily suspended.

Applicants with urgent matters are advised to submit their requests and required documents before the listed closure dates to avoid delays in processing.

Please note that while the office will be closed, the online application tracking system will remain fully operational throughout the holiday period. Applicants may continue to monitor the status of their submissions and access existing application information online.

Normal office operations and in-person services will resume following the holiday closures.
